Why don't I receive Flowers2Thailand email?

This is because of spam filters in most cases. To ensure our emails continue to reach your inbox, please add support@flowers2thailand.com to your address book.

Hotmail

  1. In your inbox, click the gear icon beside your Profile name.
  2. Click Mail more settings.
  3. Under Preventing Junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.
  4. On the Safe and blocked senders page, click Safe senders.
  5. On the Safe senders page, under Sender or domain to mark as safe, enter support@flowers2thailand.com then click "Add to list".

Yahoo

  1. Click on "Contact" icon on the top left next to email icon.
  2. Click on the "New Contact"
  3. Fill in the contact card with the name (e.g. Flowers2Thailand) and the email address support@flowers2thailand.com

Gmail

  1. Click on the big "Gmail" top left and select "Contacts"
  2. Click on the "New Contact" icon on the bottom left
  3. Fill in the contact card with the name (e.g. Flowers2Thailand) and the email address support@flowers2thailand.com
