How to place an order?

Placing an order with Flowers2Thailand is easy. There is no need to have a personal account with us, but the benefits of having one make ordering a lot faster, easier and can save your money. There are currently two ways to purchase items from us.

Online

This is fastest way and you can choose to pay by credit cards or bank transfers. There are only few steps involved and totally secure because every page on our website is encrypted using latest security standards.
 

Via Phone

Call us at 02-538-8665; we are available from 9:00-18:00 Monday to Saturday (Thailand time). If you wish to contact us at any other time, please use our online form and we will contact you back as soon as possible.

What happens once my order is placed?

1. Our staff will review your order as soon as possible and either contact you for extra information or directly process your order. 
2. Once the order is reviewed, you will receive a confirmation via email.
3. Your order will be delivered on the date you specify during ordering process. Once delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email.
