Refunds
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Flowers2Thailand.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we will also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).
- Any gift in its original condition.
- Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) gift basket.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged items, personalized items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Replaces
Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Flowers2Thailand.com, for a replacement.
- Faulty items.
- Items damaged in transit
