3. Special offers are not redeemable for cash.
4. The entire offer must be used during a single transaction. No change will be provided and the balance may not be applied towards subsequent purchases.
5. Returns of orders that have been bought with a special policy.
• If you return an item bought with a discount coupon and the subsequent value of the original order falls below the offer pre-requisite, you will receive a refund of the value of the item after the offer value has been deducted.
• Alternatively, you may exchange the item for another identical item.
6. Flowers2Thailand.com is not responsible for lost or stolen offer codes or out of stock items.
7. A special offer may not be combined with any other offer and is not valid on sale items.
